The Holly Center at Arbor Glen The Holly Center at Arbor Glen provides a
comprehensive continuum of care, offering a wide range of services for people
with varying medical needs. Services are offered through four care levels:
Assisted Living; Secured Assisted Living-the Seasons program
(Alzheimer's/Dementia care); Skilled Nursing; and Sub-Acute. The Holly Center
addresses the health needs of the Arbor Glen residents, as well as those needs of
the seniors living in the community at large. By meeting and exceeding the
health care industry's high quality of standards in personnel, facilities, and
clinical practice, the Holly Center provides an effective and well-balanced
approach to the needs of residents, clients, families, and healthcare providers
within Arbor Glen and the surrounding community. Assisted Living Residents receive individualized, personal
care in a home-like environment. Apartments are decorated with the resident's
own furnishings and belongings, creating a small neighborhood setting within a
larger community, full of activity. Three meals a day are provided. It is an
independent way of life, with the confidence of knowing that there is 24-hour
assistance readily available to meet the resident's needs. Residents take
comfort in knowing that we offer a continuum of care, with no need to move if
care needs should change. Secured Assisted Living-The Seasons
Program This environment is secured, restraint-free
and modified to reduce agitation, provide appropriate stimulation and allow
maximum independence. It is an environment that seeks to help residents
maintain optimum dignity and function at the highest level possible, for as
long as possible. The program is tailored allowing for individualized
treatment. Residents can enjoy an enclosed sensory garden with non-toxic
plantings, tables, and umbrellas. Families take comfort in knowing that we
offer a continuum of care. Skilled Nursing This environment provides care at different
levels to residents who can no longer live independently because of physical
frailty, altered mental status, emotional trauma, or chronic illness. It has
been designed for residents whose condition requires 24-hour intense nursing
supervision, on a permanent or rehabilitative basis. Residents and their
families are encouraged to participate in the care planning process. Residents
may decorate and personalize their rooms. The staff receives ongoing education
and training in the latest care techniques. Residents' personal/attending
physician may follow them to the Holly Center. Special family support programs
and groups are available. Our skilled nursing neighborhood looks new, fresh,
bright, and cheery. Sub-Acute This medically aggressive setting is uniquely
qualified to care for individuals with multiple complex diagnoses that require
complicated nursing interventions. All admitted residents receive concentrated
on-site nursing care after surgical procedures and/or trauma. This specialized
environment offers cardiac care and on-site comprehensive rehabilitation
services, which includes: Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, as
well as a Physiatrist (MD) who specializes in rehabilitation medicine and pain
management. |
