As the cold, grey days of winter wane, it's time to refresh ourselves, and the food we eat, in order to prepare for the warmer months ahead. During this presentation, Christina Pirello is going to demonstrate some amazing cooking styles that will show you how to prepare lighter and more delicate dishes so you may SPRING forward to a healthier you!

After her cooking demonstration, Christina will hold a book signing featuring her latest book, "I'm Mad as Hell and I'm Not Going to Eat it Anymore."
