Tammy Makinen is the General Manager of Food Services at Arbor Glen. With a degree in hospitality services and almost 25 years of experience in a variety of dining services, Tammy inspires her staff to create enticing meals served in a warm friendly setting.

George Miliaresis, our Executive Chef has been in the culinary world his entire life. As a child he grew up in the kitchen of his father’s restaurant and has been cooking professionally for over 27 years in Australia, Greece, Florida and New Jersey. George believes that each of us is given special talents and abilities, and if you are fortunate enough to realize your “gift” then you can fulfill your potential and enrich the lives of others. George believes that cooking is an art, as well as a science and life sustaining skill. He loves to cook and make people happy through his wonderful food.
