Jennifer Dodge is the General Manager of Food Services at Arbor Glen.  Jennifer comes to us with 29 years of experience in the Food and Hospitality field.  She has worked at a Private Golf course as well as many premier fine dining restaurants in New Jersey.  Jennifer is working with her kitchen and dining staff to bring you a true dining experience! 

Marion Macalalad, is our Executive Chef at Arbor Glen. Originally from the Philippians, Marion joined the kitchen staff at Arbor Glen in 2004.  His natural flair for creativity and menu planning as well as his commitment to the residents made him the obvious choice for Executive Chef.  Marion conducts cooking demos, kitchen tours and theme nights to keep the menu fresh and exciting.  Local seasonal fruits and vegetables are used in the menus Marion creates.

For those residents who require a special diet our dining staff can customize meals that meet those personal needs. 

You can also contact Dining Services for you catering needs.  We can do private affairs in our Private Dining Room, Conference Center or even deliver food platters to your apartment.
